Most Active Member User Control

specific set of parameters to allow you to customize how this looks on
your site's homepage. Tip: IgnoreHLAdmin="true" will ignore all admins
from appearing in the list of Most Active Members.
IgnoreSecurityGroups="" (with the list of security groups separated by
commas in between the quotes) will ignore the specified security groups
