Course Objective:
Attendees will discover how to implement the best practices for a successful launch (or re-launch) and grow their Higher Logic Online Community. 

Designed for:

  • New Higher Logic Online Communities clients
  • Existing Higher Logic Online Communities clients wishing to re-launch their community

Bring Your Core Project Team:

Higher Logic Academy Live is a "train the trainer" program. Please bring your core community project team. We kindly ask that you bring no more than 4 people per organization so we have space for everyone to attend. 

Course Structure:
This training has two parts-- general sessions in the morning and early afternoon for the entire group and a menu of afternoon roundtable topics that you may select from.

General Sessions [9 am--3:30 pm]:
At this time, our trainers will lead all attendees through interactive exercises and group discussions to teach you our proven community management strategies and engagement tactics including:

  • Automation Rules
  • Data, Metrics, and Reporting
  • Launch and Re-Launch Strategy
  • Configuring your Higher Logic Site for Success 
  • Gamification: Ribbons, Badges & Beyond

 Round Table Topics [3:30 pm--5 pm]:
In the afternoon, you will able to customize your learning experience with the roundtable topics that are of interest to you and your team.

You'll have plenty of time to rotate between several table topics that are relevant to your organization. This is a great time to ask questions and get hands-on help from Higher Logic staff.

Where is the training located?
Note: this training is not located in the Higher Logic office but a few blocks away at 1100 Wilson Blvd, 30th Floor, Arlington, VA 22209. Enter the building and take the escalator to the second floor. Walk past the receptionist desk and take the elevator to the 30th floor.

Are meals included?
Yes!  Please come hungry-- we're including breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon break. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions please indicate those during your registration or email our Community Associate.

CAE Credits: 6 


This training meets the requirements for fulfilling the professional development requirements to earn or maintain the Certified Association Executive credential. You will receive 6 CAE credits for attending the entire program.
