Clients may attend any single day or combination of days of training. New clients
are encouraged to attend Days 1 and 2. Existing clients

Day 1: Basic Topics & Welcome to Higher Logic
9 a.m. -- 5 p.m.
The first day of Higher Logic Academy Live is devoted to clients who have not yet launched or those brand new to the platform. Hands-on technical training topics will include:
a product overview, site set up and design, site security and how to configure community settings. In the afternoon, we will review how to successfully launch your community site. We will conclude the training with a session on basic reporting and how to track key performance indicators (KPIs). We will have some time at the end of the day for you to meet one-on-one with staff or fellow clients during office hours. Designed For

Day 2: Intermediate Topics
9 a.m. -- 5 p.m.
The second day of Higher Logic Academy will include material for clients at the intermediate level. Presentation topics include: member engagement and driving traffic to your site, hands-on training on the content management system (CMS), gamification/shamification, digital ribbons and an introduction to Automation Rules. We'll conclude the second day of training with a troubleshooting common issues session. We will have some time at the end of the day for you to meet one-on-one with staff or fellow clients during office hours.
