Before we begin, there are two versions of Event Engagement.  To determine which version you have look at your Webmaster Links menu (it's on the right side of the homepage, by default).

If your Webmaster Links menu looks like the image below, you have LITE Admin access to our Admin interface. 

If your Webmaster Links menu looks like the image below, you have FULL Admin access to our Admin interface. 


Most of the videos are relevant to both versions, however some may be labelled for Lite Admin or Full Admin only.
