Before we begin, there are two different ways that event registrant data their accounts are managed on your site -- Upload or Integrated.
Upload = Customers manage their event registrant data by periodically uploading CSV data sheets with their event registrant into their site.
Integrated = Customers automatically sync their event attendee data and accounts with an external database, customer relationship management system (CRM), or association management system (AMS).
What Method Does my Frameworks + Event Engagement Site Use?
If when you navigate to Admin > Settings > Integration your site has an Upload Users option in the menu and looks like the image below, then your site uses the Upload method.
If when you navigate to Admin > Settings > Integration your site only has a Sync External Database option in the menu and looks like the image below, then your site uses the Integration method.
Most of the videos are relevant to both versions, however, some may be labelled for Upload Only or Integrated Only.
