Can I book through a third-party supplier (Trivago, Expedia, Kayak, Hotels.com) and still get the Early Bird rate?

No. To qualify for the early bird and advanced registration rate, you must book through the Super Forum-designated hotel reservation system. If you later move your reservation outside the official hotel block, your registration fee will be adjusted to the standard conference rate.

Where do I find my Hotel Confirmation Code for my registration form?

Once you book your room, you’ll receive an email with your Hotel Confirmation Code (e.g., #193847) — include it on your registration to guarantee your rate. We audit codes and will reach out if your registration and reservation don’t match.

I live in the area and don’t need a hotel. How do I register without a hotel code?

Attendees who live within 25 miles of Super Forum 2027 may request a waiver of the hotel reservation requirement. Submit a Local Attendee Waiver Form and receive approval from the conference team before completing your registration.

By registering for or attending any Higher Logic Super Forum conference, participants agree to the following terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand them.

Conference Rates

To qualify for the early bird and advanced registration rate, you must book your hotel reservation through the Super Forum-designated hotel reservation system. If you later move your reservation outside the official hotel block, your registration fee will be adjusted to the standard conference rate.

Room Reservation Process

Hotel reservations are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability; if your preferred hotel is unavailable, you may be waitlisted, so we recommend booking as early as possible. For assistance, contact superforum@higherlogic.com. Children aged 17 and under stay free when accompanied by an adult or guardian.

Payment Information & Housing Cancellation Policies

A valid credit card is required to book. It will be pre-authorized but not charged immediately unless specified by the hotel. Moving to a hotel outside the block will update your registration to the standard rate.

No-shows may be charged a fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival (by 12 p.m. local time) will incur a fee equal to one night’s room rate plus tax — review your hotel confirmation for specific terms.

To cancel your reservation, contact your hotel directly. Canceling your Super Forum registration does not cancel your hotel reservation; you must cancel both separately.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of exceptional circumstances, such as natural disasters or pandemics, our cancellation and modification policies may be adjusted for greater flexibility. Attendees will be informed of any changes.
