What is included with Super Forum 2027 registration?

Registration includes admission to all keynote and educational sessions, the Welcome Reception, conference meals and refreshment breaks, the Customer Appreciation Party, giveaways, and post-conference access to all session recordings and files.

What are the registration cutoff dates?

The Early Bird rate is available November 17 through March 19.

The Advanced rate is available from March 20 through May 16.

The Onsite rate is available from May 17 through May 19.

All registration deadlines are at 5:00 p.m. EST

Registration Policies

By registering for or attending a Higher Logic conference, participants agree to the applicable terms and policies. Each participant is responsible for reading and understanding these requirements.

Early Bird Rate

To qualify for the early bird and advanced registration rate, you must reserve your hotel through the official conference reservation system by April 23, 2027. If you move your reservation to a property outside the conference hotel block after registering, your registration will be adjusted to the prevailing rate.

Limited Time Offers

To qualify for a limited-time offer, you must reserve your hotel through the official conference reservation system or through the property identified in the offer. If you later move your reservation outside the eligible hotel block, your registration will be adjusted to the prevailing rate.

Limited time offers are final, cannot be combined with other offers, and are subject to the terms stated in the offer.

Registration Payment

Registration fees must be paid at the time of registration. Incomplete or unpaid registrations will be canceled. Anyone registering again after a cancellation will pay the rate available at the time of the new registration.

A valid credit card is required when booking to secure the reservation. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Higher Logic accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and checks. Purchase orders are not accepted.

Guest Policy

Guests may not work in an industry-related role. A guest pass must be purchased for access to the Welcome Reception or Customer Appreciation Party.

Local Attendee Waiver

Attendees who live within 25 miles of the Super Forum 2027 venue may request an exemption from the hotel reservation requirement. Submit the Local Attendee Waiver Form and receive approval from the conference team before registering.

Exhibitors

Exhibitors who are not registered through a sponsorship package must register at the current attendee rate.

Language

All registration correspondence and questions must be submitted in English.

Cancellation Policy
Registration Transfers

Registration transfers are available through April 17, 2027. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant and written consent is required.

The person requesting the transfer is responsible for any related financial obligations and for providing updated contact and demographic information for the new attendee. Request a Registration Transfer.

Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to superforum@higherlogic.com.

November 17, 2026 – January 31, 2027

Cancellations submitted during this period will not incur a processing fee. This applies to registration, Learning Lab, and guest pass fees.

February 1 – April 17, 2027

A $450 cancellation fee applies to individual registrations canceled during this period.

April 18 – May 19, 2027

No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows during this period, regardless of the reason.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference. Payments made by credit or debit card will be returned to the original card. If the original transaction cannot be reversed because the payment was made more than 90 days earlier, the card has expired, or for another processing reason, the refund will be issued by check.

Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. Hotel cancellations must be completed separately and are subject to the Super Forum 2027 Housing Terms and Policies.
