Corporate Session Submissions

Two Ways for Companies to Present

Co-Present With a Customer

A HUG member customer can submit a proposal that includes your company as a co-presenter at no cost. Your customer must be the primary presenter and the one who submits it; if accepted, they receive the discounted registration. Exhibitor co-presenters must also be a sponsor or exhibitor and register for the conference.

Be a Sponsor at Super Forum 2027

Sponsors can present through a sponsorship package — see the Sponsorship Prospectus for details. Sponsor sessions are due February 11, 2027, no exceptions.

Exhibitor presenters must be registered for the event to present on-site. Exhibitor presenters do not receive a complimentary registration unless they’ve purchased an add-on session that includes a full conference registration.

Common Questions

Presenter FAQs
If I’m not a HUG member, can I be a presenter?

Session submissions are open to HUG members only. If your organization is already a member, you can create a profile or reset your password to get started.

I need to make changes to my submitted presentation. Who do I contact?

Email superforum@higherlogic.com and we’ll reopen your form. Once you’ve made your edits, click “OK” to save them.

Do I get a free registration for presenting?

Approved presenters are eligible for one discounted registration (the best available rate if selected for multiple sessions). The discount is non-transferable and no other expenses are reimbursed — see Presenter Benefits above.

Can I present my session virtually?

No. Breakout rooms are not equipped for virtual presentations, and approved primary and co-presenters are required to attend in person.

My session was placed on hold. When will I know if it’s been accepted?

We’ll confirm your final session status by December 31, 2026. Go ahead and register as an attendee in the meantime — if your session is accepted, we’ll refund the difference based on the presenter discount.

How can I build my agenda?

Download Higher Logic Thrive from the App Store or Google Play, then log in with the same email and password you use for the HUG Community. Select the Super Forum 2027 event and log in again to access the Agenda Builder. Note: you won’t be able to log in until your registration is paid.

What time zone are the Super Forum 2027 sessions listed in?

All times are listed in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Presenter Terms & Policies
Presenter Policies
Member Sessions

All primary and co-presenters must be a member of HUG or an exhibitor at the Super Forum 2027 Conference. Exhibitors may co-present, but the majority of the content should be presented by the member.

Exhibitor Sessions

Refer to the Exhibitor FAQ for submission rules and instructions. Only registered exhibitors may present or co-present, no exceptions. Contact support if you’re unsure about a co-presenter’s status. Member primary and co-presenters are not eligible for complimentary passes for paid exhibitor sessions.

Presenter Registration Policies
  • Member primary presenters are eligible for one complimentary or discounted pass. Learning Lab and educational session primary presenters are eligible for a full complimentary pass. Both require a confirmed room reservation in the Super Forum room block.

  • Co-presenters are not eligible for a complimentary pass.

  • The registration waiver is non-transferable.

  • Once a session is approved, the presenter name cannot be changed or transferred; swapping the primary and co-presenter is prohibited.

  • Primary presenters must accept their session by December 1, 2026, and register by January 15, 2027, or risk having their session removed from the schedule. Sessions cancelled for failure to register are forfeited outright.

  • Primary presenters of exhibitor sessions are not eligible for the member presenter discount; exhibitor registration depends on their sponsorship package. Contact superforum@higherlogic.com for details.

  • No other expenses are reimbursed by the Super Forum Conference.

Liability Waiver

Travel and in-person gatherings carry a risk of illness. By attending, you (and on behalf of any guests) waive and release HUG, its sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, and agents from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from injury, illness, or death related to communicable disease exposure at a HUG-sponsored event.

You agree to follow all on-site safety protocols and not attend if you feel ill or have had recent exposure; HUG may modify these protocols at its discretion. This waiver is binding on you and your heirs and successors.
