This year has been an especially exciting year for Higher Logic. Among many accomplishments in 2016, we added new capabilities to the product, including Volunteer Manager, vastly improved Event Manager, added new tools for components, and enhanced Automation Rules. We’ve also dramatically increased the amount of material available through the Higher Logic Academy, and the number of individuals who have availed themselves of that material has reached new heights – more than 160 students so far in 2016.

And of course, what makes these community features great is our clients and their community members. Communities generate mountains of useful content. They provide valuable feedback. They serve as a critical conduit of important and timely information.

It’s accomplishments like these that allow us to support you in measuring, managing and moving your communities to achieve greater results, for the communities themselves and for the organizations that support them.

This year, our Super Forum theme is Results Driven: Measure, Manage and Move. And we’ve packed the agenda with great sessions that will help you take your community to the next level, while driving significant results, to offer increased value for your organization.

We want to focus on the important role harnessing data and results can play in driving community success. Results Driven speaks directly to making analytics part of the conversation. Get ready for a new kind of customer success by making results a priority.

Here are a few more details about the 2016 Super Forum: Results Driven:

  • New location: We’re at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel in Arlington, VA

  • New keynote speaker: Ken Schmidt, renowned speaker and former Harley Davidson executive, will be our keynote speaker on November 14

  • New session topics: It’s time to submit your session ideas, so please head over to the submission page and let us know what you want to see this year (Remember: you can suggest a topic without suggesting yourself as a speaker)
