As a full-time community consultant, I work with membership organizations to build robust online communities. I have expertise in increasing member engagement, implementing new programs, audits, optimizing and reviving stagnant communities, and launching new communities. I have worked with over fifty organizations and have over eleven years of experience with online community strategy.
I have been an HUG MVP since 2016 and a Certified Partner of Higher Logic since 2020. I'm also the President Elect for the Community Consultants Collective.
