Does Anyone Know the Answer?

As Community Managers, facilitating the response to unanswered Discussion posts is a great way to boost your overall engagement and site satisfaction, increase your Engagement Benchmark Score (EBS), and ensure that your community members will keep coming back time and again (and posting too!).

The mission this Powered by EDU Blog is to help you squash, quell, obliterate, annihilate, and (most importantly) get responses to those unanswered posts.

We'll be using the Unanswered Posts Report and Unanswered Posts Widget to do so. These tools will help you wrangle your unanswered posts and hold your Staff accountable for answering posts or tracking down a subject matter expert who can. These tools are also helpful for your Community Champions/Ambassadors if you've tasked them with responding to Discussion posts.

I like this unanswered posts widgets for our ambassadors.  However, I have found that if I include the MORE link, it doesn't take them to more unanswered posts within the community they are in, but instead to my most recent post for all communities.  Is there a way to narrow this to only the community the ambassador is in?
