We’re only halfway through 2017, but it’s been a big year for us at Higher Logic!
Why? As we have done every year since our inception, we continually strive to improve our products, our team, and our impact -- because, at the end of the day, we measure our success by the success and satisfaction of our customers. Over the past six months we’ve really focused on growing and expanding the value we bring to our customers. We jump-started the year with the acquisition of Socious in January followed just one month later with the acquisition of Kavi. Now we have three offices—Arlington, VA, Mesa, AZ, and Portland, OR—have expanded our teams, have even more products and have topped 1,000 customers. It’s very exciting!
We decided to infuse that same energetic spirit into this year’s Super Forum. We want our customers to ride this wave with us, finding the best ways to grow excitement about their own communities, increase engagement and reach their most important goals.
While we’re still finalizing some of the details, we do know that we will offer a variety of sessions that will focus on everything from empowering communities to improving retention rates to membership growth. We plan to have more one-on-one consulting time available to people who benefit from it as well as bringing in new thought leaders and speakers. Customers will have the chance to learn about new tools, the latest community insights and how to unlock the power of their community’s data. We will also—of course!—have an awesome swag shop filled with new and fun items.
Personally, I’m excited to give my annual State of the Company Address, which aims to bring everyone up-to-speed on our current work and plans for the future. At last but not least, we will unveil a new customer award program to recognize the breadth of creativity and success our customer communities achieve.
We definitely want to emphasize that our Socious and Kavi customers should feel welcome here. We’re so glad to have them in our Higher Logic community! Many of the sessions will be beneficial to any customer, but we’re working hard to have sessions specifically for our Socious and Kavi customers as well.
When thinking about what this year’s Super Forum theme should be, we knew it had to somehow encompass the energy and momentum these new acquisitions have brought to Higher Logic—its team, its technology and, most importantly, its customers. That’s why we decided the theme for 2017 Super Forum will be Turbo Boost. Our year has been turbo-boosted by all this exciting change, and we want to make sure our customers feel that boost too.
So, are you ready to engage your inner turbo boost? We are. Early bird registration is still available, and don’t forget to book your hotel room in advance. The hotel sold out months in advance last year! So don’t delay.
