You can easily adjust the display size of all posts and replies in all discussions using the following rule in your theme's custom CSS. Just replace the '14' with whatever size you want.

Is there a way for the user to change font sizes when writing/editing a discussion post? It seems oddly left out - I don't think I've ever seen a WYSIWYG editor with no font size control.
