- 15-20 minutes of small-group networking (ice breaker question included)
- Objective: Meet one new person
- 30-35 minutes of large-group collaboration (let’s dive deep into a topic and get specific)
- Objective: Take one action away that you can implement tomorrow
- 2-5 minutes of Wrap Up
- Objective: Bring back the discussion to the rest of the community
