Thanks to all who joined the CO HL client meeting at the MGMA headquarters earlier this week! It was a really helpful time for me, and always great to be able to ask questions of a group face-to-face.

I wanted to attach a few things here that we discussed during the conversation.

First, the Internal Community Tracking for 2015, which Rebecca and I, as the owners of the MGMA Member Community, use to track a large number of stats to get a bigger picture of how to community is doing.

Second, the Member Community Reporting is the condensed version of the internal tracking that I email monthly to other staff stakeholders, to show how the site is doing and potentially ROI. I usually explain a few of the trends we are seeing in the metrics right in the email so those who are less familiar with the reporting get a better understanding of what is being shown.

I do also look at Google Analytics each month at the same time as looking at HL reports, including watching clicks on our slide deck ads using tracking URLs via Google. I use this link tracking for any hyperlinks I've added in specific automation rule emails, too. It's really helpful to be able to see actual clicks.

I'm looking into Piktochart to try and make the report that goes out to stakeholders more visually appealing and simple. Has anyone used anything to make their reports snazzy and easy to read for your higher-ups?

Finally, I believe it was asked about during the meeting, so here is a link to MGMA's Member Community Code of Conduct.
