I'm a new client of of Higher Logic's and just starting to establish our platform.
I work for CPA Australia, one of the largest accounting bodies globally. I understand there are a couple of other CPA organisations using the Higher Logic platform.
I was hoping to connect with the community managers that operate the other CPA platforms (or related businesses) to understand how they handle or have set the rules of engagement around fielding technical policy questions.
There is some concern with our teams that we may be inundated with technical policy questions and clarifications that we may not have the capacity to address all in an efficient manner.
My question is, how have you handled a situation like this? Is there a way you have set the expectations in your community to minimize the volume or help field some of the questions? have you relied on your members to answer these questions and if so, what if members are contributing with incorrect information etc.
Would love to understand your tactics or if you have experiences similar challenges?
