Automation Rules are a true game changer for Connected Community Admins. They allow you to automate previously tedious tasks and query Connected Community site data in new ways. Automation rules can apply ribbons to profiles, send a "Welcome" or "We have missed you" message to members, load members into a community based on specific demographic(s), remind chapter members that they need to register for an event and much, much more.     

These powerful tools provide Community Managers with the options they need to successfully run their communities sites and focus on the most important thing -- Engagement.
