Leveraging Conditional Logic in Automation Rules

Do you have the plan to engage that list of registrants from your workshops or conferences? What about that list of super volunteers that logged into a community but still need to post? Our advisor team wanted to showcase how to create lists of segmented member data based on various criteria (for example: attended an event + haven't logged in) AND how to engage groups via automation rules.  

In this session learn to: 

  • Use list builder to create targeted groups of members with community data. Such as:  

    • Attendance from events   

    • Membership in a community  

    • Membership type  

    • When/if a member has logged in  

  • Enable automation rules with conditional logic to reach out to these target groups to:  

    • Prompt them to post or contribute with a message  

    • Invite them to an event  

    • Add them to a new community
