We have two different training tracks/days based on the various project team roles and responsibilities. Clients are welcome to attend one or both days based on their interests and responsibilities within their organization. Super Administrators/Project Managers are encouraged to attend both days. Mastering the Connected Community CMS: Day 1
8:30 a.m. -- 5 p.m.
Will cover user controls and parameters, creating and moving pages and setting page permissions, embedding multi-media files from the libraries into other areas of the site, creating shortcut URLs, utilizing stand-alone libraries, trouble shooting, how to use the data synch tools to find and resolve member data issues. This day also includes Office Hours for 1:1 time with your Implementation Project Manager and Client Success Team staff.

Improving Member Engagement: Day 2
8:30 a.m. -- 5 p.m.
Will cover launch and beta testing plans (including putting together a custom launch tactical plan), developing seed questions, using events to promote the community an interactive "Choose Your Own Adventure" with real-life situations you will face as a community manager. Bi-directional content marketing (using community content in other places, and other content in community), gamification, and recording and reporting metrics.This day also includes Office Hours for 1:1 time with your Implementation Project Manager and Client Success Team staff.
: Launch/Marketing & Tactical Plan Creation, Marketing and Engagement Strategy Presentations, Data & Metrics
: Membership, Marketing & Communications, Education and Executive teams that will be using the Connected Community site but not responsible for the daily site management and configuration.
