All new clients and new point-of-contacts are encouraged to attend both days. We recommend existing clients only attend Day 2, as the material on Day 1 is for those who are brand new to Higher Logic. Not sure what day(s) to attend? Just ask!
Day 1: Welcome to Higher Logic - New Client Training
8:30 a.m. -- 5 p.m.
The first day of Higher Logic Academy is devoted to clients who have not yet launched or those new to the platform. Hands on technical training topics will include: a product overview, site set up and design, and the content management system (CMS). We will also explain site security and access. In the afternoon, we will review how to successfully launch your community site including configuring moderation, engaging staff, managing Beta Testers and developing a marketing calendar. Launching an Open Forums, auto subscription and seed questions will also be discussed.
We save time at the end of the day for you to meet one-on-one with your Implementation Project Manager and Client Support Staff during Office Hours.

Day 2: Engagement, Metrics, Automation Rules Intro
8:30 a.m. -- 5 p.m.
The second day of Higher Logic Academy will include material for clients of all experience levels. Discussion topics include: member engagement, gamification/shamification and driving traffic to your community site. Benchmarking, reports, and troubleshooting common issues will also be discussed as will Automation Rules. We will conclude with an overview of the HUG so you will be familiar with helpful client resources.
We save time at the end of the day for you to meet one-on-one with your Implementation Project Manager and Client Support Staff as needed.
