Cancellation Policy

What is the cancellation policy?  

The deadline to cancel training registrations is 10 days prior to the training start date.  If cancellation occurs 10 days or more prior to the training, you may transfer your registration to another training course without charge.   Please contact the Education Team at education@higherlogic.com to arrange your cancellation.


Do you offer refunds? 

We are unable to offer refunds. However, you may substitute a colleague at any time prior to the start of training if you are unable to attend.  The deadline to cancel training registrations is 10 days prior to the training start date.  If cancellation occurs 10 days or more prior to the training, you may transfer your registration to another training course without charge.   Please contact the Education Team at education@higherlogic.com to arrange for substitutions, transfers or cancellations.


I like what I see! Do I need to register and how much does the course cost?

The cost of each full-day training is $99 per person and includes breakfast, lunch, and morning and afternoon snack breaks (see additional FAQs for more on food), and all training materials. To maintain an interactive classroom environment, space is limited in each course. You must register in advance to secure your spot as classes do fill quickly!
