This online course covers the same topics as our live, in-person offering and includes lessons on the basic features of Communications Professional powered by Informz in the classic admin. You will learn to manually manage contacts, create custom message templates, create messages with Message Designer 2.0, to implement testing and design best practices, and analyze Message reporting.

This training is for customers who have not yet been moved to the New Admin navigation for Communications Professional. In other words, for customers in the classic view. Not sure? This training is perfect for you if your account looks like this:

If you've been moved to the New Admin navigation, browse events on the HUG and find a live course with "New Admin" in the title.

This offering is perfect for our regional customers who are unable to travel to our in-person events, this free distance learning training can be taken from your office -- no travel required. Seats will be limited to 30 to provide the best interactive experience so register now!

Please register each person from your organization individually as we will create logins for each attendee.
