Higher Logic Academy

This monthly product training course is crafted for clients in the implementation phase, those new to Higher Logic communities and those who may need some extra help taking your user engagement to the next level. Learners will participate in hands on platform training, interactive engagement exercises and attend sessions.

Learners: All new clients and new points-of-contact. Existing clients are encouraged to attend Day Two only as the material on Day One is designed for those brand new to the Higher Logic platform.

Volunteer Manager Workshops

Learn to use the Volunteer Manager module to run volunteer programs, configure admin settings, track participation and automate tasks. Participants will also define their organization's Volunteer Journey and delve into what motivates and inspires volunteers.

HUG Regional Meetings

A day of learning and networking with fellow community enthusiasts. The day includes an interactive Automation Rules Boot Camp where we'll discover what automation rules can do, the incredible successes clients are seeing with them, and which are emerging as the top performing rules and then activate them on your sites. During the Round Table, fellow HUGgers will present on their community successes and challenges. The day will conclude with a review of the Product Roadmap and brainstorm.
