- May I transfer my Higher Logic Super Forum registration?
Yes. Transfers of staff registrations within the same client and partner organizations are welcome. If you need to substitute one registrant for another, please email Gina Vavra with any transfer requests in advance of the meeting.
Will Super Forum be replacing the Informz Superfan Summit and Real Magnet’s RMUG?
Yes, this year’s Super Forum will be bigger and better than ever! Superfan and RMUG have been rolled into Super Forum, which will now include both marketing automation and online community content.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
Higher Logic accepts AMEX, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Cards. You also have the option to pay via Check/Purchase Order.
If I am unable to attend the 2018 Higher Logic Super Forum, can I receive a refund for my registration fee?
No, Higher Logic is unable to provide refunds for the meeting or cancellations for no-shows. However, you are able to transfer your registration to another member of your organization if you are unable to attend the meeting.
Can I receive a discount for a one-day registration?
No, the registration price is inclusive, so no discounts are offered for one-day attendance. Plus, we want you to be there for all three days!
What if I have special needs or dietary requests?
Please let us know when completing your registration what your dietary or special requests are, so Higher Logic can make an effort to accommodate your request.
Will wireless Internet be available at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center?
Yes, wireless Internet access will be available to all Higher Logic Super Forum attendees.
What is the dress code for the event?
We want you to be comfortable so you can enjoy your meeting experience. Therefore, business casual attire is strongly encouraged. We suggest bringing a sweater or jacket for the conference as sometimes the meeting room temperatures can fluctuate.
