The 2018 Higher Logic Super Forum is being held at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. Set on the Potomac River, this modern upscale hotel and convention center, with a 19-story glass atrium, is just minutes from Washington, DC.

Rooms start at $219/night and you can visit the hotel's reservation site to guarantee this rate. Please note that the Higher Logic room block has sold out each year, so please reserve your room early.

If you would prefer to make your reservation over the phone you can call 1-877-382-7299, choose Option 4 for Gaylord National, provide your arrival date, and ask for the “Higher Logic HUG Super Forum 2018 room block.”

Please note, you will be charged a one night’s deposit when you make your reservation in order to guarantee your room per the signed contract. However, should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason you may do so within 72 hours (3 days before arrival) and the one night’s deposit charge will be refunded to you.

Driving & Parking

Onsite self-parking is available for a discounted fee of $20 per day for all Higher Logic Super Forum attendees.

Airport Information

The Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) is located within 8 miles of the Super Forum. The Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center does not offer complimentary shuttle service, but recommends SuperShuttle ($18 for one way). A reservation is required to and from the airport for hotel guests. A taxi will cost approximately $28 from the airport to the hotel.
