Our complimentary in person product training course is crafted for clients in the implementation phase, those new to Connected Community and those who may need some extra help taking your user engagement to the next level.

During the Higher Logic Academy you will:

  •   Join your peers at the Higher Logic Headquarters in Arlington, VA.
  •   Connect with the Client Success Team.
  •   Get up to speed with all things Connected Community.
  •   Meet 1:1 with your Implementation Project Manager.
  •   Expand your HUG network with fellow Higher Logic clients.  
  •   Go back to the office with a configured site.
  •   Develop proven engagement strategies for success.

New for 2015!

We’ve re-vamped the material to maximize the learning opportunities for our new and existing clients. All new clients and new point-of-contacts are encouraged to attend both days. We recommend existing clients only attend Day 2, as the material on Day 1 is for those who are brand new to Higher Logic.

Agenda Day 1: Welcome to Higher Logic - New Client Training

The first day of Higher Logic Academy is devoted to clients who have not yet launched. Discussion topics include: responsive design, the Content Management System (CMS), site security and best practices for launching your community. We’ll save time at the end for you to meet one-on-one with your Implementation Project Manager.

Agenda Day 2: Engagement, Email Management, Troubleshooting & More…

The second day of Higher Logic Academy will include material for clients of all experience levels. Discussion topics include: member engagement, best practices for email management, troubleshooting common issues and how to benchmark your success. We’ll end the day with a brief overview of HUG Resources, so you will be familiar with what support is available to you when you return to the office.
