Lila joined the Higher Logic Client Success Team in 2009 and fondly remembers the startup days when the entire company could fit around one small conference table. She is responsible for managing client educational offerings including the Higher Logic Academy and helps curate content for the Higher Logic Super Forum sessions.
Lila Elliott has fourteen years of combined experience in the association, nonprofit and museum fields. At her current employer, Higher Logic Lila strives to provide excellent customer care and support and education to clients. Prior to she spent three years in the association arena as a Membership Manager for the Association of Children's Museums. She worked on member services, event planning education and professional development. She was responsible for generating income through membership renewals, new business and exhibit hall booth sponsorship sales.
Lila has also worked as a museum educator and program evaluator at The National Building Museum, The Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery and The Koshland Science Museum, The Science Factory in Eugene, OR. She was also a fellow at the Smithsonian National Sciences Resources Center and the National Academies.
She holds an MA in Museum Studies/Non-Profit Administration from The George Washington University (District of Columbia) and a BA in Biology from Oberlin College (Ohio).
