To qualify for the early bird conference rate, it's essential to secure your hotel room via the conference reservation system.

Please avoid direct bookings with hotels or any third-party suppliers. Government rate rooms available, please contact superforum@higherlogic.com.

Complete Your Registration

During the registration process, you'll need to provide your hotel acknowledgement/confirmation number. Should you switch to a hotel outside of the designated conference block post-registration, an adjustment to the prevailing conference rate will be reflected in your registration fee.

No, to take advantage of the early bird conference rate you must book your hotel reservation through the Super Forum-designated hotel reservation system. If you later move your reservation outside the official hotel block, your registration fee will be adjusted to the standard conference rate.

Once you have booked your room you will receive an email with your Hotel Confirmation Code (ex: #193847), please make sure to include that in your registration to guarantee your registration rate. We audit the codes and will reach out if your registration and reservation do not match.

Attendees who live within a 25-mile radius of Super Forum 2026 may request a waiver of the hotel reservation requirement. We ask that you submit a Local Attendee Waiver Form and receive approval from the conference team before completing your registration.

  • Early Bird Conference Rate
